Screen panels and cassettes shakers
LLC "PROMMARKET" started serial production of sieving panels and cassettes with any dimension of shakers Derrick, Kem-Tron, Swaco, Brandt. Cassettes shakers are designed for complementing vibration systems used in fine and coarse cleaning solutions in the oil and gas industry.
"PROMMARKET" LLC offers two-three-layer stretch, frame, pyramidal sieve panel quality.
Feature stretch panels is that their edges from both sides embedded in the locks that allow the secure and simultaneously pull the net canvas on a vibrating sieve.
Frame panels provide rigid mounting mesh fabric to the frame of the metal profile. To prevent the process of stretching and sagging mesh fabric on the frame can be pre-attached perforated metal sheet or pre-tensioned net canvas is glued directly to the frame structure. This cassete design has significant advantages: increased throughput, improved separation quality, longer service life.
